How do I share lists with family?

First, upgrade to the Family Plan ($5.99 one-time). Then, tap the share icon on any list and invite family members via iOS Family Sharing. They'll be able to view and edit the shared list in real-time.

What's the difference between Free and Family Plan?

The Free plan syncs your lists across your own devices (iPhone and Apple Watch). The Family Plan ($5.99 one-time) adds the ability to share lists with up to 6 family members, with real-time sync for everyone.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open StoreSort on your new device, sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the Family Plan, and your purchase will automatically restore. If it doesn't, go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases."

Why isn't my Apple Watch syncing?

Make sure both your iPhone and Apple Watch have an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular). Also ensure you're signed into iCloud on both devices. The app syncs via iCloud, so changes may take a few seconds to appear.

Can I organize items by multiple stores?

Yes! You can tag each item with multiple stores. When shopping, use the store filter to see only items available at your current location.

Is my data private and secure?
