By using StoreSort, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Description of Service

StoreSort is a shopping list app for iOS and watchOS that allows you to:

• Create and manage shopping lists
• Tag items with stores
• Share lists with family members (Family Plan required)

Account Requirements

• You must have an Apple iCloud account
• You must be 13 years or older
• You are responsible for your account security

Subscription and Payment

Free Plan

• Syncs across your own devices only
• No payment required

Family Plan

• One-time payment of $5.99 USD
• Share with up to 6 family members via iOS Family Sharing
• Non-refundable except as required by law
• Managed through Apple App Store

User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer the app
• Abuse or overload our services
• Share offensive or harmful content in shared lists

Data and Privacy

• Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy
• You own your data
• We may delete accounts inactive for 2+ years

Disclaimers

• Service provided "AS IS"
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• We are not responsible for lost data (maintain backups)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henzelmann Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime via the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
